Delivery of stock items

Stock items will be delivered from our warehouse in Borås, Sweden.

The estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard delivery within EU 2-5 business days, rest of the world 5-10 business days.
  • Express delivery within EU 1-2 business days, rest of the world 3-5 business days.

Delivery of imprint on demand items

The imprint on demand service offers you the possibility to order a range of items which will receive branding upon order.

Each imprint on demand item has a minimum order quantity which is visible under the product description.

Imprint on demand items are mainly delivered directly from 3rd party suppliers.

The estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Within EU 10-15 business days
  • Rest of the world approximately 15 business days

The delivery time ma vary depending on the item and destination.

Please note:

  • Your order may arrive in multiple deliveries.
  • If you have an urgent need please contact customer service – we will do our best to fulfill your needs.

Delivery term and delivery costs

Standard delivery term is DAP (Delivered At Place, Incoterms).

Delivery costs will be added to each shipment. The delivery cost is shown in your shopping cart. The total price of the consignment is determined by the number of items, weight, size of the shipment, delivery method and delivery address.

A handling fee of 10 Euros/100 SEK will be added to orders under 100 Euros/1000 SEK (VAT 0%).

Please note for orders shipped outside EU:

Items that will be delivered to countries outside of the EU may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all such Import Fees. If the recipient doesn’t import the goods, we will have to charge the buyer for delivery costs both ways. Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for further information on import regulations. Alternatively, get in touch with our customer service if you need additional information or want us to take care of import handling and charge the costs from you.

Payments and charges

The payment term is 60 days net from the date of invoice. Advance payment with credit card is also possible.

If you want to order branded merchandise for business purposes and pay with an invoice or credit card, you must log in to your account.

All prices are excluding VAT. If you require deliveries outside of Sweden but within EU, please advise your VAT number. If VAT is not registered, we will invoice the Swedish VAT 25%.

You can order branded merchandise for personal use without logging in and pay with your credit card – in this case VAT is included. Please read more below.

Orders for personal use

Our webshop is a BtoB webshop for Sandvik employees and approved distributors and operates under BtoB terms. However, you can also purchase merchandise for personal purposes by using your private credit/debit card. There’s no need to create an account for personal purchases. If you already have an account, please consider that you will not be able to purchase for private use by using that account.

To purchase for private purposes, simply begin by selecting the desired items, place them in your shopping cart, and when you’re ready, proceed to checkout. Please fill in all required information and then choose the ‘Credit Card’ payment method, agreeing to the terms of service. You can select whether to pay via your PayPal account or with your private credit/debit card. An order confirmation will be sent to your email address. Delivery costs and, when applicable, a handling fee are added to your order. VAT is included when purchasing for personal use.

Claims and returns

Our aim is to ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled without damages as quickly and cost effectively as possible. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately.

Defective items or incorrect orders may be returned to our warehouse without charge. The price paid will be refunded when the items have been returned to our warehouse.

We do not accept returns of imprint on demand items, i.e. items that receive branding upon order and are mainly delivered directly from 3rd party suppliers, except in the case of defective product or incorrect order.
